"Had a bad experience. Used services for 2 tax years. Initial experience was professional and promising as tax was completed to standard. I prepare my bookkeeping meticulously and not being a big spender my tax should be quite straightforward. Easy to prepare. Had no quibbles about the actual tax services delivered by them. At two years of being a loyal paying client; I was informed that there would be an increase in the service charge. Which was understood I guess with the rise in cost of living, covid etc. Here is when it all started going south. I enquired about an outstanding service which was promised to me at the initial tax assessment. I won't go into too much detail but we have now gone our separate ways and I would not recommend this business to anyone regardless of the star rating. They did my tax for two years no problem but they are miles away from being customer orientated. Customer care and satisfaction is therefor in short supply. But a young stour faced lady said no you cant we are not looking for new business. However i got the feeling she kust didn't like the cut of my jib so to speak so rude."
