"Driver with delivery came at night and he made very clear that they don't deliver shopping upstairs, first floor, that if they do it it's just because they're "being nice", that I am lucky because other driver wouldn't do it. That's unacceptable. I am a costumer for years and I still don't understand why you say delivery "at home" when my home is upstairs and not in the street as he was suggesting me to collect it. If you offer a service "at home " then be clear because otherwise I go myself to the shop, another next time and I don't wait a week to receive my order. Very disappointed considering I buy online for a very specific reason that I don't have to explain."
