"Would have given 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Arrogant staff on the phone. Horrendous website. Late and long delivery times. Take forever to pick up. Not contactable over whole weekend. Their incompetence has reflected badly on me in my job and after 3 chances they are worse than ever! I really don't like slamming small companies but you have serious improvements to be made. Will be setting up an account with one of the big companies this week. A real shame."
