"The guarantee of the products they sell is processed by them but with their technical service, they look for apologies and lies so as not to repair. The warranty must be covered by the manufacturer. In my case they apologized that I had nested a blow, I had to pay the postage and return and the equipment was not repaired. I have sent it to the technical service of the brand and they have repaired it in guarantee as usual since it has been a failure of the equipment and has less than a year since its purchase. On your website if you submit a negative review they do not publish it. It is pity the attention of this company to the client. I DO NOT recommend making purchases."
