"Sold me a broken item, when taken back to the shop after my son had opened it for his birthday. Was told we damaged the item and we will not be getting a refund. After a stand off with them for 35 minutes, the father who owns the shop returned I questioned him on why he would sell me a broken item for £20 and then accuse myself of breaking the item. After calling trading standards a refund was returned I was told I am no longer allowed in their shop. PIECE OF ADVICE STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP THEIR PHONES AND TOYS ARE DODGY WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH PHONE TEPAIRS EITHER"
