"This comany is shamefull. They deliberatly withold their telephone number so you cannot make contact. When you do locate a number they ask you to hold on and drop the line after 90 seconds. If you truly do not want to send or recive a parcel use this company they are the original pile of.....!"
"Shocking service. Prob the worst courier service available. The driver just told me the package is heavy, and doesnt know how *I* would get it up. Wasn't mega heavy (35kg), but had to carry up the stairs to my flat alone. Another delivery: dropped my item to Toolstation, didn't even notify me. I had to go on the tracking myself just to see if had been delivered."
