"Used to have a public counter, but is trade only now. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, prices are to bad either. The shop used to have almost every tool you could want and if they didn't have they could probably order it. I imagine they still can too, if I was a tradesman and had a trade account this is where I would go to buy the tools I needed."
"SHOCKING ! A simple online order of one item and they can't even do that right. No item has been received and they stop responding to your emails asking to track it, can't be bothered chasing it anymore so will let PayPal sort it. Purchased item elsewhere, even though slightly more expensive it arrived safe and sound the following day, thankfully will not have to use these clowns again."

"Great service, My Makita battery SDS was making some very strange noises. It wasn't very healthy at all. I'd mentioned it to James and told him I'd need to buy a new one but he reckoned he could get it sorted for me. He did exactly that, it's like a brand new drill again.
