"Absolutely shocking service, I came in to collect a Hermes parcel and it was denied to me, making up an excuse that the seller had diverted it and it was to be sent back. I checked with my seller and this was a complete and utter lie. I had to come in again the next day to demand my package and they only relented because there was a queue behind me. Shocking behaviour, possibly attempted theft. Will be reporting to Hermes to discontinue using them as parcel holders in the future. My advice is to use another Hermes drop off point for dropping and collecting parcels. 0 stars."
