"I have a very nervous collie who does not like strangers. Kelly is very intuitive and great at reading dogs,so much so that my girl was comfortable instantly. She had a full groom( no muzzle needed) seen my girl skipping about happily when I collected her. her coat looks wonderful,been shaped and tidied up so well I genuinely didn't know my dog could look that good. I'll be getting her groomed more often now. thank you :)"
