"I booked my parcels for Pakistan from UK in September, 2022. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I am glad the parcel have reached Pakistan securely in December. Although they took longer than expected and I had to make few calls, but they reached at the destination. Word of advise: Make sure your parcel is more than 50KG to avoid extra charges for less than 50 KG. Thank you"
"The guy (Hassan) who collected my shipment was a cheat. The rates on the website clearly state that shipments above 50 kg will be charged at £1.25/kg, and below that would be £1.5/kg. I weighed my luggage before the collection date, and it was slightly above 50 kg. However, when he was weighing my luggage upon collection, he handed me a tablet to enter my details and started acting like he was in a hurry. In all this chaos, I later realized that their scale was set in negative to show the weight to be less than what it actually was (more than 50 kg). However, they charged me for 49 kg at £1.5/kg. My stuff was collected on 4th August and delivered on 12th November, which is way more than the promised delivery time of 6-8 weeks. To top it off, they did not bother replying even once to the myriad of emails I had sent inquiring about the tracking status. Upon opening the shipment, I could instantly see somebody had tampered with it and stolen two valuable pieces. Overall, I would NOT recommend them. Save your money and sanity and use some other cargo shipment company."
"These guys are fraud and will not deliver your baggage less than 4 months and will also steal your valuable items from your baggage so please don’t hire their service otherwise you will repent. I complained about stolen item they said send photos which I did and they never replied therefore. The guy who attends calls is very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t use their service they will steal your valuable items and remaining will deliver after at least four months."
