"I went in today at around 5pm with my son after getting home to find my son had locked himself out of house with his keys stuck inside the lock- and asked for advice on ladders to try to get back in and locksmiths they would recommend if that failed - despite not having length of ladder needed they personally tried to locate someone with ladders locally that might be able to help abs provided my son with some squash as he had been out in hot sun for 2 hrs and was thirsty. Both girls in there went the extra mile and I would like to pass on my gratitude to them both for their human kindness in my moment of strife and panic. The locksmith they recommended was fab too and the job took over an hour to get us in once he had arrived! Great staff to represent your company."

"Brought my father to order a few bits he needed for a building project at home. He needed to ask a couple of questions about the items before ordering but the lady behind the counter was already barking orders at him before he got to her. He is hard of hearing at the best of times, made worse with the current need for masks, so struggled with understanding the snappy high speed instructions and returned to the car flustered and disappointed. Unhelpful, unfriendly and didn't leave with the items needed. Will stick with Tool station in the future."
