"My husband built a large crate, packed it and delivered it to ZAN Shipping. It was going to the Caribbean it arrived before the date estimated intact. No problems. Just the usual customs rigmarole. We also added to the crate the day after. Due to a delay in taking the fee, I paid twice, once ZAN Shipping was made aware it took 3 days for the refund."
