"Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this company! I had made a reservation with them 10 days prior the collection date, as I was starting to get worried that I will not be able to send my luggage on time before Christmas. I spoke with them on the phone explaining that I am urgently looking to make a reservation, they assured me that they still have places available for the next delivery date, they even sent me an order confirmation message. Yesterday was the collection day, and not only that they didn't come to collect my luggage, but didn't even call to explain the situation or offer an alternative to an obvious mistake. I first messaged them, but they didn't even bother answering until I called them the next day when their customer service told me that she has no idea what is going on. Super unprofessional, 0 customer service skills."

"Absolutely horrendous experience. I have been using them for a while with small issues such as delays- not a problem. However, this year the parcel arrived at the destination with missing products, worth £120. When I reached out to see what was happening and what can be done about it, they blamed a "partner courier" which they were using to distribute the parcels in Romania... Problem is, my "contract" was not with the partner courier but with Moka trans. They just stopped replying to complaints and requests for refund of missing items (had receipts for them which I shared with the company). Will never use them again and I strongly advise against it."

"If possible, I would give zero stars. Company completely unreliable. First contact with them to pick up a package, instead of arriving Sunday during the day, they finally answered the phone and said they will come around 2 AM on Monday - in reality I waited for them all night and they got there at 5 AM Monday. Second time, package from Romania, arrived late, very damaged and wet. No invoice was given just a tiny piece of paper with none of their details. When challenged about this, the driver said is another company that delivers for / through them which does not give invoices. Third time ( and last!!), package from Romania, very very light, was told in Romania that minimum price is £20 only to find out when delivered that no, it is £30 minimum - so the office in Romania offers the information they like /want. Not to mention that they arrived 2 days late - and decided to call me at 6:30 AM!!!! so whoever needs to have sleepless nights or very early mornings, damaged packages and "lovely Romanian" customer service attitude - you can order with them! You will regret everything!"
