"Poor service for a company that's supposed to ship pallets, my pallet hasn't been collected a month after booking, didn't know what eori numbers were required to ship out the country. No reply from them in 7 days so far."

"My experience with this company has been unpleasant, after ten days of the collection of my goods, I have asked updates about where my stuff was because there is no tracking number with this service. They answered that my goods was in transit then though after one week I still didn't receive my stuff, and again I have asked for updates because they don't keep you updates unless you email them. They said that my stuff was in my country and was expected to be delivered in two days. Two days later still I didn't receive anything, so again I have contacted them for updates. My stuff actually hadn't arrived in my country yet and was still in the deposit. The operator advised me it was expected to be delivered next week. One week later they sent me a pictures of my goods to make sure that is my stuff, and the small pallet I bought is not suitable for my stuff but should be bigger one and asked extra charge although I had measured the size properly before and checked the suitability. They explained that my goods had been stuck in a deposit over a month because of the problem. I finally received my stuff which material is metal has got severe damage and all placed on a single pallet. Even I have not received one empty pallet I originally paid for. Shipping takes over a month with terrible bumpty"

"Complete failure, this business cost us a lot of money, they failed to book a collection with the carrier so nobody picked our items up, god save the taxi service that saved us, installers were left in another country waiting and this company wouldn't answer phones to us and couldn't sort there problems out. not recommended for important & time critical projects."

"Damaged pallet poor telephone response delayed pallet delivery fake insurance. Booked pallet to ireland, packaged extensively, they damaged the pallet by ramming something like a forklift into the parts which bent them, rarely bothered to answer the phone, then there insurance is non existent, like 50pound for your goods no matter what the value. Didnt advise at time of booking that would need to pay £000s to cover the items. Avoid the this company like the plague, you will certainly be delayed in the delivery and collection also your goods will most likely get damaged. The damage was due to poor handling, as you cant bent bonnet edges easily overall a pallet shipping company you want to avoid at all costs."
