"Bad experience from beginning to end. Took my order and money then did nothing. A week later I phoned up to ask what was happening and was told they have no stock. They told me I'd have my order within a week. Two weeks later it arrived, one flush not working. BBS solution was that I return it for a replacement but I, the inconvenienced customer, must foot the bill for the postage. I cut my losses and bailed before the farce got any worse."
