"On two occasions, I've had to call the MSN branch regarding returns & have spoken to Charlie. While I can't remember the specific details for my first call because it was some time ago, I can remember him. He is a credit to the store & to Wickes. Polite, friendly, helpful, professional & reasonable. Something so rare these days that it's worthy of a special comment. If only customer service was this good everywhere, we'd be a less stressed nation. Being polite & kind costs nothing but a moment of your time yet makes a huge difference."
