"Great service from a guy called Rich, after buying a bulk bag of gravel from Travis Perkins Bath, I never had enough, went back to the Bath store, no small bags in stock, asked if I could order some from them, told no, try phoning the other branches, phoned Bristol, Camerton, then phoned Trowbridge, spoke to Rich he was so helpful, went out of his way to help, customer service was great even at the end of his working day, he worked out which gravel I wanted and arranged delivery. And only charged £16 for delivery, Bath is £20 to come up two streets, well done, from a very happy customer, Rich tell the boss to give you a bonus. and the garden looks great."
