"Had a great experience from start to finish with Passports for Pets. We moved our very timid cat from the UK to Halifax and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We had loads of questions which they answered in full. Our cat arrived in great shape and was none the worse for his trip. We are so grateful, especially to Jess & Katherine who we dealt with. At a very stressful time it was one less thing to worry about. Would definitely recommend & would use again. Thank you!"
"We are so pleased with passport for pets! We shipped our small family of two dogs and a cat this past monday and our flight was cancelled due to a massive snow storm in boston, Kathrine kept in close contact with us letting us know what was going on every step of the way and they flew out the next day. Everyone was well cared for and happy when my parents picked them up in the USA. They made the entire process so much less stressful."
"Ians Airsupply was absaloutly brilliant with giving us correct guidance to getting our 2 dogs back from Tanzania during the pandemic. And informing us of all the difficulties of processing our dogs and getting a slot at Heathrow. The staff collected our dogs from Hrac Heathrow and delivered them with care."
"Not reliable. We moved our dog from the UK to the US recently. We had never done this before so were naturally apprehensive about it. I received all sorts of reassurances until the service was paid for and the path was set. The dog was flying on the same flight we were, which was great, but that meant we needed to drop him off earlier than Passport For Pets office opened, lest we'd be late for the flight ourselves. They were never mindful of, let alone thoughtful about, that important logistical detail. When I brought it to their attention weeks before the day, they agreed to be in the office at 7 AM, FOR AN EXTRA FEE, to receive the dog and give us the hoped-for reassurances. The woman I dealt with during the entire process on the phone said she'd be there herself, and that the dog would be transported from there to the airport, all apparently figured out, very well-orchestrated -- she even said she'd take him for a quick walk before it was time to go to the plane. None of this happened. When we got there, the office was closed, the woman wasn't there, all very disconcerting and worrisome. Then a man, who didn't introduce himself as anyone who really knew anything about the plans of our dog appeared from a nearby warehouse and stated that he would take our dog. No, he did not have the dog's info; no, he didn't have his paperwork, knew his name, or even where he was going; he had no idea where Jess, the woman supposed to be there, was. But he'd be happy to take our dog. Disconcerted, I called the numbers I had to the office but no answer. Eventually, this man gave us the manager's number. When the rough woman answered, she was puzzlingly offended my complaint that nothing I had been told had come to pass and that I was feeling extremely unsure about leaving my dog in such shambolic situation. She yelled at me, listened to nothing I had to say or ask, and took no responsibility for the fact that what I had requested, been promised, and PAID for was nothing like the situation I now, at the 11th hour, faced. She seemed to think that she was doing us a favor in having any provision at all (this unknowing, unbriefed man) for us at that time in the morning. We were obviously flabbergasted, but at that point had no option. We had a very stressful journey, having not been given any reassurance that anything would work out at all. The dog eventually made it to the US but arrived all wet on a soggy bed of shredded office paper, a far cry from the promise of comfort and cloths, etc. I do not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional and instead of working to alleviate the inherent stress of such situation they actually added to it, completely unnecessarily."
"DO NOT SHIP YOUR PETS ANYWHERE WITH THESE PEOPLE Their "Managing Director" Ian Sealy is rude and obnoxious when I called him with my concerns regarding shipping a puppy from UK to USA. He did not know the rules regarding rabies shot for a puppy entering the state of Florida, when I pointed out the facts to him he told me not to tell him how to do his job? Furthermore once the pup had been delivered to Gatwick at 6.30 am at 11.00 am, 30 minutes before the flight took off they called and demanded and extra 250GBP and a credit card was not enough, they wanted the money deposited directly into their bank! Talk about being held to ransom. They also claim they are members of IPATA but they are not listed on their web site."
