"This is by far the worst taxi rank I have ever used and will not use again! We booked two 6 seater taxi's, the driver was 10 minutes late to collect us and we then needed to wait a further 5 minutes while the driver put the seats up in the back, which had no seat belts either! The driver was answering her phone and texting while driving and got lost! I had to use my own satnav to give her directions. As a group we paid roughly £80 for these two taxis and they refused to do a second drop off on the way home. I then had to pay a further £13 for a different taxi firm to take us home! Someone else in our group needed to pay an extra £7 to get home! Absolute joke! The driver was very rude and her driving was terrible! Didn't helps matters that the passengers in the back had no seat belts"
