"Rudest people ever on the phone. Told me to hurry up as they are busy when I was going to give them £103 business. Absolutely disgraceful how they speak to customers. Did not offer me an opportunity to discuss my journey home from airport and went to hang up. Transferred me to a colleague as I wasn't fast enough for them. Was told my journey was a 'waiting' one which I had not said, and were rude to me when trying to clarify my journey home. Did not give me an opportunity to discuss passengers or luggage on returning journey which resulted in a false booking. RUSHED, INCONSIDERATE, RUDE. WASTE OF TIME! USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not the company they used to be."
"Absolutely shocking. Booked a 6 seater and no cab turned up. When I rang them they said there are no 6 seaters available despite my booking, they could send two cars late but I would have to pay for two fares instead of one. Nobody had rung me to tell me that they were not now sending a car and they told me they frequently take bookings they can’t deliver. I cancelled and went with Treble 20 who were excellent. Don’t use ABC. Rude and unreliable!"
