"We have 2 dogs and have been using this practice for over 12 years. The vets , nurses and reception staff all love animals and are very welcoming. Our dogs always get excellent care and the vets take their time to put our beloved girls at ease and reassure us and explain what's going on with them when they are unwell. Highly recommended."
"Not happy, my dog had her monthly pain injection to get today a friend took her, they said they won't do it as its over a year since last check up. It was done on 21.12 last year so not way over a year and should have had this information when the appointment was booked. She will now be without pain medication till they can manage to do a check up which is not out of date, absolutely no reason to refuse the injection, they should have given her it and booked her in for a separate check up. Disgusted"
"Staff are so nice here. I have a very fearful dog and they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Even doing appointments outside in the garden when possible to keep her calm, giving her treats too. Makes it less stressful for me knowing how good they are with her."
