"I put a couple of films in to get developed, and they destroyed them. When I went back to collect them, they had them lying in a tray soaking wet, and when they told me that they had wrecked them, they didn't even apologise for it. I think they should train people to have a better attitude if they are going to deal with the public."
"Tried to return an unwanted unopened gift set as it did not contain any of the products I use. I wanted to purchase more expensive products not a refund but the manager would not give a refund as I did not have a gift receipt. Marks & Spencer's refunded two products without gift receipts and gave vouchers as replacements. Poor show from Boots 1 star customer service."

"Went into the store today to ask a simple question about whether something is available on PF. The store was NOT busy with patients/customers. Stood for a minute at the pharmacy counter before I was acknowledged. The girl behind the desk was scanning prescriptions only. She was NOT Dispensing prescriptions. Waited another 4 minutes to be assisted. During this time the pharmacist was in the dispensary and checking. Another lady came into the dispensary popped a toothbrush in a bag and left. At no time did either of these ladies acknowledge me. After the 5 minutes I walked out! Disgusted. I've worked in pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had to wait that length of time. I've also never left a customer waiting that length of time to be served even when Dispensing medication. Scanning can be left after 1st page is scanned. Atrocious for a big company to leave patients/customers waiting to be served. Only writing this review as I've worked in pharmacy, so I know how it works. Appalling customer service!!! I won't be back and neither will members of my family. Disgusted"
