I was nervous and called them as didnt receive any message of booking, they repeatedly and rudely yold me not to worry and i should get the message a day before the travel. Well my mistake was i belived everytime they lied, finally they provided a seat make car which didnt meet my requirements of a 9 seater, fortunately there are few reliable nearby which managed to get a 9 seater.
