"Didn’t Show up"
"On Google the opening time is advertised as 5am. Just rang to ask if I could pre book them for 6.15am on 29/8. First off couldn’t understand a thing the man said when he answered the call, I had to ask if it was Skye Cars I was talking to. Secondly he was not listening to anything I said so I had to repeat myself and then once I repeated the time I got told “No Chance!!” Why put you work from 5am when you clearly don’t and also learn how to speak to people on the telephone correctly."
