"We were supposed to catch our flight at around 9 and for that the cab was supposed to pick us at 6 am. I received the booking confirmation a day before and on the day, five minutes before the pick-up time, I received a message from the driver that he can’t come. I couldn’t reach the main office. I couldn’t find any cab and it was train strike day. Big inconvenience!"
"I usually walk back from the station but it was late and I was tired. Initially they, very politely and apologetically said they didn’t have any cars for 40 mins but then a driver arrived and they squeezed in my job on the way to another. Very caring and professional staff member at the office. Driver was professional and drove sensibly. Bargain price as well. Much more polite than another cab company I called this week which was dire in comparison (I needed to use a local service elsewhere as visiting friends). I used this elmstead woods service in November during the busy run up to Christmas and I’d use them again."
