"Booked an early taxi to Gatwick, all went perfect."

"Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT USE !!!! Cab driver turned up over 20 minutes late, subsequently missing my connecting coach, not to mention non-refundable coach tickets (£70) & non-refundable hotel bill (£300). I wrote an online message to ask if they were prepared to give me a goodwill gesture e.g. some form of compensation or return my cab fare of £55. There was no acknowledgement or an apology."

"Absolute joke of a service. Did not turn up for a airport trip. Called them and said they would need another 30mins. No apology, shambles of a service would not use again and would not recommend anyone else does. Should have read the reviews before booking. My mistake."

"Terrible experience. Booked them to go to the airport in the morning, they were 20 minutes late to pick us up. They refused to offer any compensation or even an apology, and then had the nerve to add another £5 on to the agreed price. Never again."

"Appalling service. Do not use! They knew I was on crutches standing outside in the cold on 1 leg. Left me waiting a full hour before admitting no driver coming!! Tracking service useless - stuck at 15 mins away for 30 mins! Finally tracking counted down & then disappeared. No cars of the description went past. I had rung the driver but no answer. 1 hour later they said he'd tried to call me to find me (despite giving post code) but couldn't get through BUT I have call waiting & no missed calls. Lies! He was never there!"
