"Worst cab company ever. Despite booking several weeks in advance (for 6 adults and a two year old child) and then confirming a week or so before the date, they failed to arrive. When calling them some 15 minutes after the booked time - was initially told they had no record of the booking. Then told they did have the booking and cars would arrive within a few minutes, which they didn’t. Fortunately two of the party had Uber accounts and booked alternative cabs with them, which arrived within 5 minutes. Eventually one of the two original cabs arrived at the pick-up as we reached our destination! Woodside Cabs? What a useless outfit….."

"Called cab at 6:08am was told 10/15 mins waiting time. a driver showed up and there was no phone call or text message to follow up. instead when I looked out the window and saw my driver had arrived by the time I got too the door he had driven away cancelling the job with the office. I was then told by the office 5-6 minute wait at 6:36. 7am has come and gone and still no new driver. now late for work because of incompetent drivers and service. Please if you have any important appointments or meetings stay FAR from Woodside cars."

"First time using this local taxi service and impressed by them. Ordered via the AAA Minicabs app and got notification driver on their way and when they arrived etc. For the return journey phoned them and got email confirmation. Both drivers were on time, courteous and with clean, comfortable vehicles. I will use them again. Price was as quoted."
