"Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. They cancelled my booked and paid taxi which was meant to be a pick UK form the airport because the taxi driver got into an accident which is totally understandable. However whenever I try to get a refund of the £95 I am owed they make it very difficult. To make it worse they've only paid part of my owed refund and after several phone calls I'm still yet to receive the other part. Its been nearly two and a half months!!! What makes it worse is the terrible service by the phone handler called Ashraf. I've been nothing but polite and respectful to him but it's clear he doesn't want to give me the full refund I'm owed and doesn't want to deal with it. Even going as far as hanging up the phone on me. Would definitely not recommend."
