We had to wait 25 minutes from picking up luggage for the driver to arrive at the meeting point. No explanation was given as to why. When pre booking taxis, one of the reasons is to avoid waiting. Driver took the A4 instead of M4. Understandable during rush hour but at 8.30pm on a Tuesday it meant that a 30 minute drive took almost an hour"
