"The service and professionalism of this firm has recently declined drastically, which is a shame. It is now a gamble whether you will get a good service or not. With the option of paying in advance via bank transfer, I made follow up calls every time to confirm they have received payment before the trip, but almost on every occasion, myself or my partner were inconvenienced and almost missed flights because it had not been communicated to the driver who still asks for cash at the end, meaning we have had to wait for them to call the office again. There is poor communication between the controllers and the drivers. I missed only one pick up due to a medical emergency abroad and having no signal to call, and they asked me personal questions repeatedly about why I didn't tell them and made me feel uncomfortable, even though I have booked many successful trips with them over the years and tip generously every time. On a recent trip, the driver was not only late but insisted on a smoke break before setting off and we almost missed a flight over that. They do have a couple of nice polite drivers but regrettably, I have now had enough of the inconsistent service and lack of coordination between their team and will choose an alternative cab firm for future trips."

"Useless and fraudulent cab company to avoid at all cost. Staff are extremely rude, no manners and zero level of customer service. You get quoted one thing and pay, then you get told its a system error and you need to pay double. Crooks if you ask me and why they're allowed rip people off like this is insane. Regent Cars shouldn't operate as a cab company as they're a disgrace to the industry and should be banned for life."

"Unbelievable company. Accepted my booking, took my money then emailed me to say booking not accepted. I ring them and they say we don’t pick up from that area, we’ll refund the money. Let’s see how long that takes. DON’T USE THEM!!!!!!"

"Sent text couple hours before return pick-up to say they would not issue a Driver to provide return journey - which left me stranded. Not impressed, not happy & quite frankly disgusted by this abandonment & neglect for customer care & service."
