"Booked a 9 seater as I needed a big car to take my stuff from one place to a 15 min drive storage, the company sent a 7 seater and driver refused to take most of the stuff, when arrived because we were not sure if that was the address he opened the door very aggressively and asked us to take the bags from the trunk and yet they still charged me £30, which you can book 2 Uber 7 seaters for this price. When called the office the guy started to talk to me like I do not know what's the difference between a 7 seater and a 9 seater because I'm a woman. I tried to help local business instead of helping my pocket and this is what you get not professional at all"
