"Over booked themselves on Christmas Day, though they took my booking the day before and confirmed via email. They then cancelled on me after receiving a sms saying the car had been dispatched and waiting 45 mins with no communication from them that it had been cancelled. When I called to find out what’s going on they knew what booking I was talking about but then played dumb and said they never confirmed (I have night the email and the sms to prove otherwise) and that they had no cars and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible with no mention of returning my money (I’d paid up front). All in all not a great experience and wouldn’t book with them again."
