The drivers are rude, cars are smelly, no professionalism and no curtesy, didn’t even open the door for the luggage, the car was so smelly, I opened the window, he had the audacity to close the window without saying anything, absolutely terrible everything, highly terrible business!"

"Absolutely awful service. Booked a car with 1 hours notice today to go to kings cross as had a train to catch. The car never turned up despite repeated callings to them and they hung up on me several times. Have used them in the past and they are always late but this is an utter disgrace. Meant we missed the train and had to book a new ticket. Utter joke of a company."
