They also charge an additional 20% on top of those charges for credit card payment. I've never had to pay this amount of admin charge before, credit card has always been 2.5% maximum. I went to another company, their costs couldn't be justified."

Ordered a cab with this 'service', and after getting a much BETTER price elsewhere, I called them back to cancel, only to be told by the young girl, "omg you're so irritating! Why would you book then cancel?! " I am shocked that this is how they talk to customers. Unbelievable rudeness and disrespect.!! So glad I never gave them a penny now....sort it out!!!"
