"Had to book cars for my Management Team who were staying in Guildford. Had lots of moves throughout the day to an activity, then drinks, then dinner. Booked all the cars with Surrey Cars, was able to pay on a credit card over the phone and the whole day was seemless! No waiting around and everyone arrived where they were going at the times I needed them to get there. Great service, would definately recommend and will use again."
"If you want to actually catch your flight, I would strongly advise against using Surrey Cars. I have used them twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the Taxi’s I booked were very late, despite repeated assurances from the office that they were on their way. On the last booking I spoke to the driver who was properly rude to me and tried to persuade me to cancel the booking saying the situation was apparently my own fault for not leaving more time to get to the airport. Disgusting service, not for purpose."
