"Used for the first and last time!!! - the driver was LATE picking up an elderly relative, did NOT wait with a sign, but made her looking for him in the taxi lot; then they argued with me that I did not instruct them on the phone when they weren't even interested to find out the drop off location - very rude and not able to hold a proper conversation without continuously talking aggressively over me and HANGING UP twice for lack of conversational skills UPDATE: the owner's answer to my post above clearly shows they have absolutely no skills in dealing with clients (if your client doesn't speak english, you try and contact the person who booked the pick up AND told you to wait with a sign - that, by the way, means meet and greet!!!!) And when you say people speak no english (wrong) have a look at your own writing skills And stop asking all the relatives and friends to give you stars so you have an acceptable rating!!"
