"Buying cars historically has always been a bit of a gamble. Put simply the guesswork is removed with Northern Vans. I have now had 2 vehicles from the boys. both we’re in amazing condition well maintained, serviced and showroom clean. Any of the very minor issue resulted in the vehicles collected from me and corrected immediately with no question. All the finance and usual boring bits were arranged quickly with no ling winded phone calls or horrid online forms. Can’t really fault them at all. Tony very likeable very honest no BS doesn’t really do the whole sales pitch. Informs you what’s there what you can have and helps get you what you need. I hate dealing with salesmen normally but this has changed my opinion a bit. Overall if working in the trades you need a van there really isn’t another place you should be looking."

"Apauling place do not use!!! I bought a van from these guys. Withing 3 weeks it had a major fuel leak so took it back for repair within my warranty period. They had the van for 15 days. When the van was returned the fuel leak had not been fixed correctly as was still leaking also the van came back with more faults than it went in with. Came back with engine management light on and wouldn't go over 2000rpm. The mechanics also broke my steering wheel surround and gear gaiter was totally broken. An absolute joke. I then simply asked for a refund for the purchase to be told I wouldn't get a refund they would only give me a part ex amount on the van unless I bought something else from them they would simply not entertain me. I certainly would not recommend using this place as their mechanics who are working on the vans are clearly not very good. I was discussed at the way I was treated. I generally don't leave reviews but after the issues I had with this place I thought it was only fair to let others know."
