"This is probably the worst taxi company we have ever used. We called them in the afternoon to book a taxi to and from a party we were going to, and then just over half an hour before the taxi was due to pick us up, they called us to tell us they didn’t have enough cars to honour our booking. It really left us in such a stressful situation to try and find another one so last minute as we were new to the area. On the way back they turned up 40 minutes late and then tried to charge us 50% more than the taxi who had taken us there, and it wasn’t even late pick-up. Everything you don’t want from a taxi ‘service’, definitely wouldn’t recommend"
"Prebooked a taxi to go to Heathrow a week in advance. Lady confirmed it to me in the phone. Waited and called on the day, told there is no booking. So now we have to book 2 ubers, costing double the amount. Would not reccomended especially if you're booking in advance or looking to go to an airport. Caused additional unnecessary stress to everyone (and we have a 2 year old). HONESTLY AVOID."
