"This company and their service is absolutely shocking. I would give zero stars if I could. I spoke to 3 advisors who gave me three different pieces of information. I was then passed onto one of the managers, Lilian who was so unprofessional and rude. Kept cutting me off mid sentence and showed absolutely no compassion towards my situation. She then told me she would be more than happy to put a default on my account and there’s nothing I can do about it. Please please do not use this company. They should not even be in business. They are now demanding money from me even though I set up a payment plan with a previous advisor. I will be escalating this to a financial ombudsman because I do not believe that they are operating in an ethical or legal manner. Don’t walk, run away from this company!!"

"Great finance company - few issues along the way regarding proof to set up the finance but Startline were extremely speedy with their responses and what they needed from myself. Spoke with John today as a courtesy call and he was able to change my payment dates with no fuss. Really lovely and helpful team."

"Staff are always very friendly and informative. If you have a query they will find out and resolve it. I have been called several times in the first week of my car purchase to check if everything was ok, to make sure I understood the agreement, change payment date if needed to, and that I didn't feel pressure into buying the car, etc. Staff are very helpful, polite and courteous and have gone above and beyond in my experience."

"The company is an absolute joke. Any issues that you have take ages to get resolved. They take money out of your account without permission. They add extra fees over the littlest of things. The staff are so rude and pay no attention to detail. I get called Mr and Miss whatever they feel like. Iv had an ongoing complaint that’s been standing for about a month now and they just keep palming me off with the same resolution."

"Called up about my finance on my vehicle to notify them that it I can not make the payment for my usual day and would be just 1 day later!! Due to wages error at my employer. I explained this in advance and clearly to them, they offered no help and said it will attempt to take it anyway and then again in 7 days and they will charge me £25 for missing the payment date!!!!! Even though I notified them beforehand and it is only 1 days difference!!!! Highly advise against using this company as they hide behind small print - UPDATED - YB14YAY the vehicle you can find my agreement from that"
