"Started my IVA in July 2017, as I was in nearly £9,000 debt with different companies.. everything has been going OK, I've had payment breaks when needed and always had responses from customer services. However last year January 2022 ( even though I was due to complete my iva in September 2022), I applied for permission to get a car on finance they accepted but not without upping my payment £64 per month and adding another year onto my IVA meaning the first offer was void and I was now paying more back and less wiped off but I left it and carried on with the payments. Recently I've had an offer from a third party to pay what I should be paying from now until my end date September 2023 which is approximately £1,042.50, they are telling me they need to have meetings with creditors and other things and won't give me an answer until around 30 days. I have explained the third party has given me until Wednesday or the offer will be pulled and I should then seek legal advice but they just keep telling me i have to wait. I just feel like they want to keep me in the IVA and it's really affecting my mental health now, whether I pay now or stay on the IVA they payment made will be same but it'll be done quicker, why don't they want to clear it sooner?"

"BEWARE this company tricks people into signing up with them. I was tricked when I was unwell & on strong medication & didn't have my sense or wit 100%. They ask you to lie to pass the final screen call or application call. When you ask about it they tell you that no one working there would do that, when they search for the recorded calls there aren't any. Talking to them is a huge hassle nothing is ever easy. I've called multiple times to ask a simple question & they start making assumptions or start processes when I don't want them too. Whatever you do, do not go with this company. If you need an IVA do your research first before signing anything. Creditfix never update you on anything or from my experience do anything properly."

"So far so good… everything is setup and in place. 75% of creditors agreed to my IVA. With this cost of living getting well out of hand. I thought it that getting my unsecured debts in one low payment is going to enable us to live through this crisis… and on paper it will definitely be beneficial for me and the family. I’m now up to the point where I spoke to a case specialist and was very happy with everything so far this was a normal procedure courtesy call with Erin-Leigh who wish was very professional and answered all my questions I had on the negative reviews and the positive ones.
