"Got told by Craig that was getting the loan to come in to office and sign paperwork for to get a different person Ross asking the same questions which I had all ready answered for Ross to turn round and told me I was not getting the loan so that was a waste of my time having took extra hours of work and using petrol money for to get told not getting the loan absolutely a disgrace"

"DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! Staff are all friendly when taking a loan out but after that it’s a completely different story. Staff member ‘Gary’ from Hamilton branch was one of the rudest most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with on the phone and reduced me to tears after a phone call. This company interest rates are disgusting, and they do not stop phoning, emailing even texting and leaving voicemails on a daily basis. Absolute robbery number one way to go for extra debt and extra stress to be added to people’s life’s in this already hard time. STAY AWAY!!! I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me."
