"Do NOT use this company. Avoid at all costs! I paid nearly £1,000 just to cancel my contract with them. If a representative from Taylors Legal is reading you should really make the effort to contact me to at least offer a partial refund. Do not use this company especially if they have been recommended by any Estate Agents or Developers. Unfortunately their service is terrible. There was no reply to their follow up. It was an empty gesture. Buying a home is one of the most important purchases you could make, please do NOT choose Taylors Legal because they are cheaper. You get what you pay for. Choose a solicitor who has you best interest in mind. At the very least you should be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone. You should be aware of all facets of your sale/purchase so you have a full understanding of the transaction."
