"No staff on the shop floor, had to ask someone to serve at the perfume counter but it just felt like I had interrupted her while she was doing tickets on a shelf. Store is dark and honestly has the feel of a store that's closing down. It isn't very welcoming, I would prefer to shop in a different Boots store."
