"Weds 7/12/22 - around 5 o'clock. As usual, a long queue at prescription counter, only two people behind the counter - ridiculous! No one manning the cheque out desk at the front of the store. Knew what I wanted but they didn't have any on the shelf. Like a lot of shoppers in the store at that time, I walked out empty handed. You've been having staffing problems for over two years now. Not acceptable Boots, is it?"
