"Ruined my partners hair. He came in with a picture of what he wanted which is what he usually gets elsewhere. They took it far too short and it looks nothing like the picture. He came in with blonde shaggy hair wanting the sides trimmed, he left with a wonky incredibly short hair. I will add photos of what he came in with, what he showed them and asked for, and what he left with. Awful service. His hair is ruined and will just need to grow out. Edit: I'd like to edit to add after the owners response that my PARTNER was very unhappy with his hair when he got home, but he tried to be polite in the salon after they had ruined his hair, as he's not a confrontational person."
