Reviews
"In for breakfast this morning just after 7.30am couldn't believe how dirty the store looked. Lots of build up around the edges The floor looked like it hadn't been washed in over a week. Don't think it will be long before environmental health will be visiting"
"Terrible experience tonight. I went in with my 17 year old daughter to purchase a bottle of prosecco and some food. Went to the self service checkout and when the woman came over she asked my daughter to provide ID. I was paying for the alcohol and it was me drinking it. I told her this 3 times and she eventually got authorisation from someone else, but when I wanted to complain about the member of staff I was told that he wasn't going to serve me and I had to leave the store. I have now lodged a formal complaint but attitude like that from staff members is horrendous and they definitely need training in customer service and in the rules in selling alcohol. I ended up going to the Dedridge store instead and had no problem at all- excellent service from them as always."
"Have been shopping here for over 40 years and have never had a problem but since the long time staff have retired the place has gone downhill, the young lads are pleasant enough but whoever the manager is needs to have a word with the young girl with the long hair and stretched ears who works there, she is terribly rude and she has never once said ''hello, goodbye, thankyou'' ect You know normal human interactions and ive never saw her smile, she looks at you like your something she has just stepped on and it isnt just me I see her act this way with everyone, I dont even know who she is or whos kid she is but they should have instilled manners into her, you know even just basic manners would do"
"Staff serving food with no masks or gloves, customers not asked to wear a mask either?... Food orders surely should be taken, paid for and the customer waits outside?"
"Bakery, hot filled rolls, Costa coffee + the usual co-op stuff."
