"Solicitor couldn't make it on the day of my court case hearing and got replaced by another who had only 10 minutes to go through the whole case with me which led me being convicted. I would avoid this firm they were very casual in responding to me and they made me talk to an assistant in the 3 weeks i was corresponding with them and had no contact with the solicitor who was meant to represent me. None of my evidence was put forward to the judge and my new solicitor who had 10 minutes with me had to improvise. I emailed them to tell them that they had let me down and i got a lousy sorry in response."
"There girl who dealt with me was lovely n sweet but I needed a lion! Someone to fight for my case... to which they were no help.... I ended up representing myself (thats how awful they were) and won. They had the cheeck after I won my housing case to ask for emails and proof that I won so they could have it.... I guess they wanted to act as if they had helped or sorted things for their personal gain.... oh please! Do better!"
