"I paid Willfinda £290 for an enhanced plus service. 5 weeks later, after zero contact, i followed up.. conveniently my case was then closed 2 days later with no results. The report provided offers absolutely no information around the work carried out, its a generic report leaving me to assume that actually zero work was done on my case. If thats the service you receive from 'Enhanced Plus' then i can only imagine the service you would receive from standard. Appears to be a con. Update - asked for complaint details and received the following response. Please avoid this company.
