Rhys always takes the time to give a full consultation at each appointment, understanding how I have found my hair since the last appointment, any issues or concerns that I may have had and is he willing without any pressure, to offer recommendations, whilst quickly making suggestions. I feel like I learn something new from Rhys with each visit Such as how to apply product to my hair, which products are best as well as styling tips. Rhys makes me feel that my hair style is as important to him as it is to me. He is always so supportive and I’m so pleased with my colour, cut and overall look. I would highly recommend him."
