"Almost never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst hair cut I've ever had. Had quite long hair & wanted to go short. I showed the "stylist" a picture of the cut I wanted and asked for the same, with an inch more length. It was a huge style change - I really wanted it right and was careful to explain this. The cut I got is not remotely like the picture I showed her, and 3 - 4 inches SHORTER, in a shaggy, hacked up boys style, not femine sleek face framing - so short I can't even tie it back or Bobby Pin it! The hair dresser was adamant the styles were the same when it very clearly is not. I'm very, very unhappy. Used this salon before for a trim/root touch up, which was okay, but will never go again and advise anyone looking for a major change NOT to go here."
